The European Medical Students´ Association – Association Européenne des Étudiants en Médecine (EMSA) is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation representing medical students from all across Europe. Founded 1990 in Brussels, it is the only voice of students within the European Medical Organisations. European Medical Students' Association seeks to improve the health and quality of care of the citizens of Europe, by acting as a conduit for increased interaction and sharing of knowledge between European medical students in the fields of Medical Education, Medical Science, Ethics and Human Rights, Public Health, European Health Policy, and European Integration & Culture.
