Phillip Leventhal

Phillip Leventhal is a seasoned professional in medical writing and healthcare communications with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Evidera since September 2018, Phillip has held various roles within the organization, focusing on publications. Phillip is actively involved with the European Medical Writers Association as Editor Emeritus and workshop leader, covering topics such as manuscript writing and interpersonal communications. In addition, Phillip holds the position of Editor-in-Chief for the journal Medical Writing at Life Science Academy since 2016 and co-leads workshops on publication writing. Previous roles include Scientific Writer at 4Clinics and Adjunct Associate Professor at New York University. Phillip's educational background includes a PhD in Biomolecular Chemistry and postdoctoral studies in Neurology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Michigan, respectively.
