Noemi Garcia del Blanco

Noemi Garcia del Blanco currently serves as the Head of Service and Scientific Administrator for Veterinary Biologicals and Emerging Therapies at the European Medicines Agency since May 2016. Previously, from June 2008 to November 2018, Noemi held the position of UK Alternate Member of the Committee for Medicinal Products at the Veterinary Medicines Directorate, where responsibilities included managing the Biologicals Assessment Team for registration of biological veterinary products at both national and European levels. From 2002 to 2008, Noemi worked as a Senior Scientist/Manager at Pfizer Animal Health. Noemi holds a PhD in Animal Health/Infectious Diseases and a DMV in Veterinary Medicine, both obtained from Universidad de León.
