Cristina Abellan Bustos

Cristina Abellan Bustos currently serves as a Parliamentary Assistant at the European Parliament since October 2024. Prior to this role, Cristina held positions at Kreab Worldwide from February 2022 to October 2024, including Senior Account Manager, Executive Associate, and Associate in Sustainability & Energy. Cristina's career also includes experience as a Public Affairs Junior Consultant and Intern at LLYC, a Program Management Intern at the International Center for Transitional Justice, and an internship at the Spanish General Consulate in Amsterdam. Cristina was Secretary and Vice-Chair for the Fortuna Student Association from August 2017 to July 2018, focusing on event planning and team management. Educationally, Cristina holds an MA in EU International Relations & Diplomacy from the College of Europe and dual BA degrees in International Justice and World Politics from Leiden University College The Hague.
