Eva-Maria Wolf-Schneider has a diverse work experience starting with their role as an intern at the Deutscher Bundestag (German Federal Parliament) in 2008. Eva-Maria then worked as a student research assistant at the Centre for Applied Policy Research (CAP) in 2010, followed by a position as a student research assistant for The First Report on Gender Equality by the German Federal Government from 2011 to 2012. Eva-Maria then joined the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) as an intern in 2012. Their most recent position is as the Head of Office to John Howarth MEP at the European Parliament since 2014. Eva-Maria also served as a Policy Advisor to Anneliese Dodds MEP from 2014 to 2017, where they led various policy works and conducted independent research and analysis in economic policy areas.

Eva-Maria Wolf-Schneider received their Master of Arts degree in Political Science (with a major in Sociology and Modern German Literature) from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2013. In 2009-2010, they also studied Political Science abroad at the University of Westminster.
