Cristina Gomez-Abad

Cristina Gomez-Abad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and research within the scientific community. Currently serving as a Project Adviser and previously as a Project Officer at the European Research Executive Agency since February 2018, Gomez-Abad has demonstrated expertise in guiding scientific projects. Prior roles include Senior Scientist and Project Manager in Oncology and Immunotherapy at Mecwins, Research Genomics Coordinator at NIMGenetics, and Postdoctoral Research Associate at CNIO. Gomez-Abad also held the position of Senior Researcher at Progenika Biopharma and was a PhD Student at FUNDACIÓN JIMENEZ DIAZ. Academically, Gomez-Abad earned a PhD in Human Genetics and a Licenciada en Bioquímica from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
