Daniele Gaspardo

Daniele Gaspardo has extensive experience in the steel industry, currently serving as Responsabile Ufficio Tecnico e R&D at Ferriere Nord Spa since March 2010. Responsibilities include managing investments, focusing on process innovation, digitalization, automation, decarbonization, and energy efficiency. Daniele leads various European research and innovation projects aimed at sustainability, including the use of end-of-waste plastics and hydrogen in steel production. Additionally, Daniele is a member of the Experts Group TGA1 for the European Research Executive Agency, advising on coal and steel research project portfolios. Daniele holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Università degli Studi di Udine and previously worked as Product Manager at Alias Distributor.
