Erik Pentimalli

Erik Pentimalli is a seasoned Project Advisor at the European Research Executive Agency since April 2021, focusing on the implementation of Horizon EUROPE and H2020 work programs for Environment and Resources. With extensive experience at the European Commission since 2013, Erik has successfully managed multiple research and innovation projects aimed at promoting sustainable and inclusive economic growth. Previous roles include research programme officer in resource efficiency, various assistant positions, and contributions to establishing the European Asylum Support Office. Erik holds a Master's Degree in Spatial Politics and Urban Planning from the Institute for Spatial Politics and Urban Planning and a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
