Pepa Krasteva

Pepa Krasteva has extensive experience in project management and advisory roles within the European Union's research and innovation sectors. Currently serving as a Project Adviser and Teamwork Facilitator at the European Research Executive Agency since January 2015, Pepa manages the implementation of major EU research and innovation programs such as H2020 and HorizonEU, while also co-chairing the Agency's network of Project Officers. Previously, as a Project Manager at the European Commission, Pepa was responsible for the launch and management of call proposals and contributed to control process definitions. With a background that includes project coordination at DHL Aviation and senior project management at Nexcom Bulgaria LLC, Pepa holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Jagiellonian University, which complements a diverse international educational portfolio.
