Szymon Sroda

Szymon Sroda currently serves as a Project Advisor at the European Research Executive Agency (REA) since March 2016. Prior experience includes roles as a Special Advisor for the BILAT 2.0 US Project at the National Contact Point for Research Programmes of the European Union and as a Special Advisor and CSA Oceans Project Manager at The Research Council of Norway. Additional positions include EU Project Manager at the Medical Research Council, Coordinator of EC Research Projects at CREATE-NET, and Scientific Manager Business Developer at Innowacja Polska. Szymon Sroda began a career in research as a Scientific Officer at the European Commission's DG JRC Institute for Energy and Transport and has expertise as a Senior Expert in Science and Technology at Politechnika Krakowska. Szymon Sroda holds a PhD in Technical Science, an MSc in Material Science, and an Engineering degree in Material Science, all from AGH University of Krakow.
