Elsa P. serves as the EU Project Manager and Team Manager at the European Society of Cardiology since April 2021, overseeing the coordination and management of Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe projects, as well as monitoring additional EU-funded initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as EU Project Officer at Johanniter International, managing H2020 projects in Emergency Medical Services, and Advocacy and Project Officer at the European Partnership for Democracy. Elsa also served as an Election Observer with the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, contributing to various election monitoring missions. Educational accomplishments include a Master's degree in International Relations from The University of Manchester and a joint Master's degree in International Relations & Politics from Corvinus University of Budapest.
