Camilla Pape Olsen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Camilla began their career as a Piccoline at Spies dk where they worked in sales, service, and product department for three years. Camilla then moved on to Hugin, where they served as an Account Manager and Accounting Assistant. Camilla'sresponsibilities included bookkeeping, payroll, sales, and service of media solutions. At 3 Danmark, they held multiple roles, including Customer Service Team Leader, Controlling & Quality Manager for branded stores and pop-up shops, and Accounting Assistant. Camilla joined Clear Channel Danmark A/S as the Campaign Planning Manager, overseeing sales support and campaign planning. At BASF, they served as the Customer Service Team Leader for Coating Services Nordic & UK, with responsibilities encompassing customer service tasks, project management, systems implementation, and team management. Most recently, Camilla worked at Hollister Incorporated, first as a Customer Service Team Lead Nordic, and then as a Customer Service Manager Nordic. In these roles, they were responsible for all customer service-related tasks, supply chain management, tendering support, and marketing support, as well as leading various projects to improve processes and systems. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Client Care at European Sperm Bank.

Camilla Pape Olsen has a diverse education history spanning various fields and disciplines. In 1995 to 1998, they attended Niels Brock and obtained an HGP certificate. In 1998, they completed the Guide program at Spies Service School. In 2002 and 2003, they pursued Merkonom degrees in both Leadership & Collaboration and Personnel Administration from Niels Brock and Niels Brock, respectively.

In 2006, Camilla attended HI3G ApS and completed a Motivations and Coaching course. In 2007, they studied Business English at Berlitz, focusing on levels 4 and 5.

Camilla's education journey continued in 2016 when they enrolled in the Copenhagen Business Academy for the Ledelse i Praksis program, earning an academiuddannelse degree. That same year, they also obtained a Prince2 Foundation certification in Project Management from Peak Consulting.

The following year, in 2017, Camilla delved into several internal BASF training programs. These included HR Jura, STAR Training - Sales, a First Aid course including Heart Massage, and the Campus - Dialog with the Divisions all over BASF.

In 2018, they returned to the Copenhagen Business Academy for the Akademiuddannelsen program in Strategic Leadership. Later that year, they pursued a Marketing & Sales start Commodity program at BASF in Ludwigshafen.

Looking ahead, Camilla has plans to obtain a Green Belt in Project Management from Hollister in 2022 to 2023. In 2021 to 2022, they will also be participating in the BYMS program at Hollister, focusing on Leadership Development and Change Management.
