Christina Munksgaard

Christina Munksgaard has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Christina began their career at TDC in 1999, where they worked as a Graduate and later as an Executive Assistant. From 2007 to 2013, they held various HR positions at Dansk Supermarked, including HR Partner, International HR Manager, and Head of HR Development.

In 2014, Christina joined Flying Tiger Copenhagen as HR Director, where they played a pivotal role in transforming the personnel administration into a global People department. During their time there, they oversaw significant growth in the number of stores and employees.

In 2018, Christina worked as a Leadership Consultant at Emerging, an organization dedicated to promoting leadership, innovation, and transformation. Christina then transitioned to a role as a Freelance Counsellor at AS3 Transition, before moving on to become the HR Director at European Sperm Bank in 2019.

Throughout their career, Christina has demonstrated a strong focus on HR development, recruitment, training, talent management, and employee engagement. Their experience spans both national and international environments, and they have successfully managed teams and implemented various HR processes and tools.

Christina Munksgaard completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and English from Aarhus University in 1997. Christina later pursued a Master's degree in Strategy and Management from the same university between 1997 and 1999. In 1998, they briefly studied at Sheffield Hallam University, but the degree and field of study for this period are not specified.
