Michelle Lykke Laviolette

Michelle Lykke Laviolette has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michelle Lykke worked as a Kommunikationsrådgiver at Advice a/s from June 2005 to October 2009, where they gained expertise in various communication fields, serving clients from both the private and public sectors. Michelle Lykke then joined Rådet for Sikker Trafik in October 2009 as a Senior kampagneprojektleder, leading nationwide campaigns focused on issues such as speeding and drunk driving. Michelle's role involved managing complex stakeholder relationships and overseeing campaigns from initial analysis to evaluation. Currently, since February 2022, Michelle is employed as a Senior Project Manager at European Sperm Bank. Michelle Lykke is responsible for managing projects and, more recently, has taken on the position of Head of Donor Communication.

Michelle Lykke Laviolette has a diverse education history. Michelle Lykke earned a Kandidatgrad degree in Retorik from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 1994 to 2002. In 2019, they completed a short course on Leading Innovation at Hyper Island. In 2018, they pursued a Diplomuddannelse i ledelse (Diploma of Leadership) with a focus on Module 2: Managing Employees and Professional Development at DJØF.
