Flavius Botez

Flavius Botez has worked in various roles throughout their career. Flavius started as a Marketing Manager at Mandra SA from July 2004 to October 2005. Flavius then worked as a Client Relationship Manager at BRD - Groupe Societe Generale from October 2005 to July 2007. From August 2007 to June 2018, Flavius worked as a Senior IT Functional Business Analyst and Project Manager at BRD - Groupe Societe Generale. Flavius then joined Deutsche Bank in August 2015, where they held the position of Senior IT Functional Business Analyst and Product Owner until October 2019. Following that, they worked at Endava as a Senior IT Functional Business Analyst and Product Owner from November 2019 to July 2020. Currently, they are employed at the European External Action Service as a Senior IT Functional Business Analyst and Proxy Product Owner since July 2020. Flavius has extensive experience in Agile methodologies and works closely with stakeholders to elicit and define business requirements, collaborate with development teams, and provide support in various project activities.

Flavius Botez holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București, which they obtained in 2004. Prior to that, they completed a Licentiate degree in Management at the same institution, graduating in 2003. In addition to their formal education, Flavius has obtained various certifications over the years, including OMG Certified UML Professional 2 - Foundation Level from OMG in 2019, Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in 2019, and Passed Level I of the CFA examination in 2018 from CFA Institute. Flavius also holds certifications such as Certified LeSS Practitioner from The LeSS Company in 2018, CBAP® Certified Business Analysis Professional from IIBA in 2017, and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2017.
