Maria Gallou

Maria Gallou has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the HR Recruiting & Development Coordinator at European University Cyprus since April 2010. In this role, Maria leads Talent and Organizational Development initiatives, oversees Performance Management, Training & Development, and manages recruitment processes. Previously, as a Career Guidance Officer at EUC, Maria provided students and graduates with career coaching, CV building, and organized career panels. Prior to EUC, Maria worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at GRS Recruitment, where responsibilities included matching candidates with client vacancies. Earlier experience includes a Project Officer position at Klinete Ltd, focusing on customer service and account management. Maria holds an MSc in Human Resources & Employment Relations from Brunel University London and a BSc in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Intercollege.
