Marina Nikiforou is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in mathematics education. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at European University Cyprus since October 2007, Marina teaches a diverse array of undergraduate students across disciplines such as mathematics, computer science, biology, business, psychology, and primary education. Prior to this, Marina held a similar role at Cyprus College from September 2003 to September 2007, focusing on undergraduate mathematics for students in computer science and business administration. Marina also gained valuable experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of South Florida from August 1996 to December 2002, where advanced studies in mathematics were pursued, culminating in a Ph.D. in Knot Theory. Marina's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science and a Master's Degree in Mathematics, both earned from the University of Cyprus and the University of South Florida, respectively.
