Friedrich Poeschel is a Senior Research Fellow at the European University Institute, leading a work package in the Horizon EU project "Global Strategy for Skills, Migration and Development" since February 2024. Previously, Friedrich served as a Senior Researcher at Eurac Research, supported by a mobility fellowship from the Autonomous Province of Bolzano - South Tyrol, and worked as a Senior Analyst at the European Union Agency for Asylum.
