Christian Almeder

Christian Almeder serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics and a Professor of Supply Chain Management at the European University Viadrina since April 2011. With a specialization in Production and Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, and Logistics, Christian's teaching encompasses all areas within these fields. Previous academic roles include positions as an Assistant Professor and a Lecturer at various institutions, including the University of Applied Sciences - Technikum Vienna and the University of Vienna. Christian has also contributed as a Guest Professor at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and has experience as a Visiting Researcher at the University of Porto. Academic qualifications include a Habilitation in Business Administration from the University of Vienna, along with a doctorate and master's degree in Mathematics from Technische Universität Wien.
