Heather Graham is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in franchise operations and leadership. As a Multi Unit Franchise Owner and Regional Operations leader at European Wax Center since May 2012, Heather delivers training programs and workshops for new and existing franchisees, provides management consulting, and offers coaching on essential professional skills. Additionally, Heather serves as Chamber President for both the Shadyside Chamber of Commerce and Uncover Squirrel Hill, demonstrating strong community involvement.
