Michael Kilgallen

Michael Kilgallen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael started their career as a Manager and Head Floral Designer at La Rose Florist, Inc., where they were responsible for various aspects of the business and played a key role in significantly increasing sales revenue. Kilgallen then worked as an Investment Assistant at Bankers Trust Company of New York, handling derivative products and ensuring portfolio positions were collateralized and trades settled.

Michael later joined Goldman Sachs Group Inc., where they held multiple roles, including Vice President of Quantitative Equities, Portfolio Manager, and Co-Head of Trading in the Investment Management Division. In this role, they managed a portfolio of global equity strategies, overseeing implementation, risk management, and liquidity management. Kilgallen also served as a Head Trade Administrator and Senior Portfolio Administrator at Goldman Sachs, contributing to trade support and reconciliation of investment vehicles.

After their time at Goldman Sachs, Kilgallen moved on to Citigroup, Inc., where they held the position of Managing Director of Global Prime Finance. Michael specialized in Prime Brokerage and Equity Finance Sales, providing consulting services to clients on various aspects of finance, operations, and compliance.

Kilgallen also worked as a Proprietary Day Trader, focusing on trading strategies in the US equity market, before joining CME Group Inc. as a Managing Director of Equity Index Products. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing the global product strategy for the Equity Index Products business line.

Currently, Kilgallen is working as a Principal and Multi-Unit Franchisee at European Wax Center. In this position, they have implemented the overall business model, developed internal controls and procedures, and executed marketing strategies to gain and expand market share.

Throughout their career, Kilgallen has demonstrated expertise in strategy development, risk management, sales, and operations across various industries.

Michael Kilgallen earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Saint Peter's College, completing their studies between 1990 and 1994.
