Tarja Zu Dem Berg is a seasoned investment professional with a strong focus on impact investing, currently serving as a member of European Women in VC and Top Tier Impact. Tarja holds the position of Board Member and Investor at Synkzone and operates as a Seed Investor at STAR Impact, which supports pre-seed stage startups. Additionally, Tarja has extensive board experience, with roles at Migränhjälpen, the Continuing Education Institute - Europe, ITM Worldwide Foundation, EasyArr, Elfordon Gotland E-go, and Viospatia. Educational qualifications include a Bsc in Finance & Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg and an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School and INSEAD, alongside participation in the VC Challenge and the Founder Institute's VC accelerator program.

We are European Women in VC initiative – a group of nearly 600 senior VC women professionals from over 28 European countries with total assets under management of ca. EUR 15 billion in the funds we manage.
