Lionel Haskie

Lionel Haskie, P.E. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, engineering, and agribusiness. Currently serving as the Director of Operations 638 Government Relations at Navajo Agricultural Products Industry since July 2010, responsibilities include contract administration, management of a substantial irrigation project, and senior leadership with profit and loss accountability. Lionel has also held the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer, focusing on leadership, budget development, and team building. As a member of the Management Board at Navajo Transitional Energy Company, LLC since September 2017, contributions to organizational governance are evident. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager at Hall & Foreman, Inc., where project oversight included engineering and design consulting, and as a Field Engineer at Kiewit. Lionel holds an Executive MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute and multiple degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Southern California, alongside a high school diploma from Alexander Dawson School.
