Catarina Monteiro

Catarina Monteiro is a skilled visual designer with experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as a Visual Designer Consultant at EY since September 2023, Catarina previously worked as a Graphic Designer for European Women on Boards, focusing on designing promotional materials for social media. At Biblioteca Nacional de Portugal, from May 2022 to August 2023, Catarina managed the design of event promotion materials and the institutional website. Prior to that role, Catarina held a similar position at Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Lisboa from August 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing the brand image, creating various promotional materials, social media management, and engaging in educational outreach. Earlier experience includes a brief tenure at rvrie, providing support in branding and social media. Catarina's educational background comprises a Master's degree in Design and Visual Culture from IADE and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon.
