Els Demeester

Els Demeester is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in executive roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chairwoman for LCL Data Centers and Threon, and as a Non-Executive Board Director for Heylen Group, Demeester also owns Cassiopeia BV, specializing in leadership services. Additionally, Demeester contributes as an associated member and mentor for European Women on Boards, is a member of Zonta International, and serves as a mentor for Netwerk Ondernemen. Notable previous positions include Corporate Vice President and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Tech Data, where strategic transformation was a key focus, and roles in global post-M&A integration and managing Central Europe operations. Educational accomplishments include Guberna Certified Director certification from Vlerick Business School, an MBA from INSEAD, and a Master of Engineering in Microelectronics from Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende.
