Hande Yasargil

Hande Yasargil is a seasoned executive coach and leadership consultant with extensive experience in various roles since 2002. Currently serving as Lead Coach at INSEAD since 2010, Yasargil also holds positions as Executive Coach at Praesta and as Chairperson of Yönetim Kurulunda Kadın Derneği - Women on Boards Türkiye. Additionally, Yasargil is a Board Member of European Women on Boards (EWOB) and an Associate Leadership Coach and Consultant at KDVI. With a diverse educational background including degrees from INSEAD and certifications from renowned institutions such as Harvard Kennedy School and the Tavistock Institute, Yasargil is dedicated to fostering high-performing and human-focused workplaces. Past roles include Managing Partner at Mentor Leadership Development and Praesta International Ltd, as well as Human Resources Director at Doğan Burda.
