Kristen Anderson

Kristen Anderson is the CEO and Board Member of European Women on Boards (EWOB), leading the Executive Committee and overseeing strategic business results since March 2021. Prior to EWOB, Kristen held various high-level positions at Barilla Group, including Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion, and R&D Vice President for Asia, Australia, and Africa. Additionally, Kristen was Global Vice President of Nutrition at Barilla and served in multiple roles at Kraft Foods and Coca Cola, focusing on innovation, health, and wellness. Kristen holds a Master's in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from UC San Diego, alongside completing the C-Level School, Leadership for Board Position program in 2020.
