Nadiya Bilous

Nadiya Bilous serves as the Senior Director - General Counsel CEEMEA at the LEGO Group since May 2023 and is actively involved with Women Leaders For Ukraine and the European Women on Boards as a member. Nadiya is also a Marshall Memorial Fellow with the German Marshall Fund, focusing on transatlantic relations, security, and diversity. Nadiya has extensive legal experience, including over 18 years at BAT, where roles ranged from Head of Legal to Executive Board Member, managing compliance programs, litigation strategies, and public policy initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. Nadiya's educational background includes advanced leadership and corporate governance studies from prestigious institutions such as LSE and INSEAD, along with a Master's degree in International Law.
