Robert Baker

Robert Baker is a seasoned professional in the fields of diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as an Allyship Specialist at Encompass Equality since March 2024, where workshops and consulting are provided. Baker also holds prominent roles as an Advisory Board Member at Shape Talent Ltd, a Board of Trustees Member for UN Women UK, and Co-Founder of Stronger Together - Gender Equality Collaboration. Additional positions include Vice Chair and Diversity and Inclusion Strategist at European Women on Boards, Deputy Chair of the Gender Pay Gap Association, and Ambassador for the Diversity Project in the investment industry.
