Jessica Ramos

Jessica Ramos serves as a Board Member at PRETA and holds the position of Head of Regulatory, Oversight and Financial Affairs at EBA CLEARING since October 2018, overseeing regulatory and financial units. Since 2019, Jessica has held multiple roles including Advisory Board Member at The Nine and CyberWayFinder, and Mentor at Conception X. As a co-founder of Mizbiz since 2016, Jessica focuses on empowering professional women. Jessica’s extensive background in regulatory and legal affairs includes positions at SWIFT, where responsibilities included oversight of legal matters and regulatory compliance in areas such as Competition Law and Sanctions. Jessica holds multiple degrees, including an LL.M. in Corporate Law from New York University and an LL.M. in Competition Law and Economics from the Brussels School of Competition.
