Edward Mangion

Edward Mangion is an experienced professional in law enforcement and management, currently serving as the Head of Deployment Management at Europol since January 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing the EURTF and acting as First Response Manager. Prior to this role, Edward Mangion worked with the Malta Police Force for 26 years, focusing on management, operations, and security. Additionally, from 2003 to 2015, Edward Mangion was a National Representative for the Government of Malta, providing operational support and management as the Head of Bureau. Edward Mangion holds a Master of Arts in European Political and Administrative Studies from the College of Europe, multiple Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of Malta, and completed the 1st Officer Cadet Training Course at the Police Academy St Elmo.
