Ann Desmedt

Ann Desmedt is a seasoned professional in the rail industry, currently serving as the Manager of International Train Managers and On Board Services Manager at Eurostar since March 2013. In this role, Ann assesses Train Managers' performance across safety, security, and commercial competencies, manages a team of 10 to 29 Train Managers, and oversees training and competency development. Prior to Eurostar, Ann held the position of International Train Manager at Thalys from October 2010 to February 2013, ensuring passenger safety and well-being on trains across multiple European rail networks. Currently, Ann is pursuing the Essential Management Programme at the Institute of Leadership and Management in London, further enhancing managerial skills.
