Isabell Kohten

Isabell Kohten is a seasoned economist with extensive experience in economic analysis and regulation. Currently serving as the Head of Economic Analysis at Eurostar since January 2022, Isabell previously held the position of Senior Regulatory Economist at BT from April 2012 to June 2021, and worked as an Economist at the Civil Aviation Authority from December 2007 to March 2012, focusing on competition economics and economic regulation in aviation. Earlier roles include providing economic advice at the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform, as well as positions at the Department of Trade and Industry (UK) and the Office for National Statistics. Isabell's early career included work as a Certified Internal Auditor at Deutsche Lufthansa AG. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Economics and Philosophy from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Diplom-Betriebswirtin from VWA Hochschule für berufsbegleitendes Studium.
