Andrea Toniello

Andrea Toniello has extensive work experience in human resources management. Andrea is currently working as the Group Human Resources Director at Eurotech, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Group Human Resources Director at SIPA S.p.A. from January 2015 to August 2023. Andrea also has experience as an HR Director at Nidec Sole Motor Corporation S.r.l. from January 2010 to December 2014 and as an HR Organization & Development professional at ACC Spa from December 2007 to December 2009. Before that, they worked as an HR Manager at NICE Spa from August 2003 to December 2007. Andrea began their HR career at Adecco, where they held roles as Responsabile Commerciale and Branch Manager from 1999 to 2003.

Andrea Toniello completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Sciences from Università degli Studi di Padova between 1992 and 1998. In 2019, they participated in the Advanced HR Management Program at SDA Bocconi. They also pursued a brief course in Efficienza Organizzativa at SDA Bocconi in 2020.
