Jena Dady

Jena Dady is an experienced Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development Manager at Eurotunnel, responsible for leading the full talent and learning lifecycle to support organizational growth. With over a decade of experience in various roles, Jena previously served as a Talent and Digital Learning Specialist at the University of Kent, where innovative digital learning strategies were developed to modernize the learning model. Jena also has a background in project coordination at MAN Truck and Bus UK Ltd and in education coordination at Laing O'Rourke, where key relationships with UK universities were managed. Early career experience includes client portfolio administration at Fortis Intertrust. Jena holds a BA (Hons) in Russian and Business Studies from Coventry University.
