Robert Thompson

Robert Thompson is an experienced operations and project manager with a strong background in civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as the National Contracts Manager at Eurovia UK since January 2014, Robert oversees microsurfacing, microasphalt, gripfibre, footway slurry, and decorative surfacing operations. Prior roles include Project Manager at Boral Construction Materials, managing road surfacing operations in North Queensland, and Senior Engineer positions at Leighton Asia and Morgan Sindall Group plc, focusing on major highway upgrades and resilience projects. With foundational experience as a Site Engineer and Site Supervisor across multiple significant construction initiatives, Robert possesses extensive expertise in managing complex engineering projects. Robert holds an HND in Civil Engineering from Anglia Ruskin University and a BTEC National in Civil Engineering from The National Construction College.
