Pedro Gomes Pereira

Pedro Gomes Pereira has a diverse and extensive work experience in various sectors. Pedro started their career as a Senior Consultant at CPCis in 1998 and later worked as a Project Manager at Sonae Indústria from 2002 to 2005. In 2006, they had a temporary role as a Summer Marketing Associate at Bacardi-Martini Portugal.

Pereira then joined Martifer Solar in 2007 as the Business Director in Italy for a short period of time. Pedro continued their career within Martifer Solar, holding multiple roles including General Manager at Martifer Solar Srl from 2008 to 2010. Pedro then became the Managing Director of Martifer Solar RO Srl in 2012. Pereira also served as the Managing Director of Martifer Solar Hellas from 2010 to 2012 and later became a member of the board.

Pereira showcased their leadership and management skills as the Managing Director of Martifer Solar, North America Region from 2010 to 2015, which included roles such as President, Head of Europe, and Regional Manager Mediterranean.

In 2015, Pereira founded their own venture, Betwixt Ventures, where they served as the Founder and CEO. Pedro then joined Eurowind Energy in 2016, where they hold the role of Managing Director for Southern Europe.

Pedro Gomes Pereira completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in General Management from Esade, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. In 2006, they participated in the MBA Exchange Program at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), also focusing on General Management. Prior to this, from 1993 to 1998, Pedro studied at Católica Porto Business School and obtained a Licenciado degree in Business Administration. In addition to their formal education, Pedro obtained certifications in Business Angel from IAPMEI – Agência para a Competitividade e Inovação, I.P. in 2016, and in Leadership and Decision Making from Católica Porto Business School in 1998.
