Søren Bæk Just

Søren Bæk has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Søren is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Eurowind Energy since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at KK Wind Solutions from November 2017 to June 2023 as the Chief Financial Officer. From August 2015 to November 2017, they held the position of Member of the Board of Directors at Grundfos Financial Shared Services Kft. Before that, they had multiple roles at GRUNDFOS from September 2014 to October 2017, including being a Member of the Board of Directors and Group Vice President, Corporate Financial Reporting & Compliance. From January 2014 to August 2014, they were the Head of Group Reporting & Compliance at Danfoss, and from November 2012 to December 2013, they served as the Head of Corporate Controlling at the same company. Søren Bæk started their career at Ernst & Young where they worked as a Manager from September 2007 to November 2008. Prior to that, they held various roles as an Assistant, Senior, and Supervisor at the company from September 2003 to September 2007.

Søren Bæk has a diverse education background. In 1992, they completed their high school studies at Randers Statsskole, specializing in mathematics. Søren furthered their education at Handelsskolen i Randers, where they completed a college program in business from 1995 to 1996. In 2000, Søren earned a Bachelor's degree in economics from Oregon State University. Søren then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting, Auditing, and Tax from Aarhus University, which they completed between 1998 and 2003. Søren also attended Cultivator in 2007, undertaking a course on Management to Leadership. Søren later enrolled at Foreningen af Statsautoriserede Revisorer from 2007 to 2009, specializing in becoming a Certified Public Accountant. In 2013, Søren attended the Sirrah Group for two courses focused on leading others and leading people.
