Anja Overath

Anja Overath is an experienced Agile Coach at Eurowings Digital since March 2020, specializing in leadership development. Previously, Anja served as Scrum Master at grandcentrix GmbH from January 2017 to February 2020, facilitating teams in delivering complex IoT solutions for international clients. Anja's earlier career included roles as Senior Project Manager for Mobile Solutions, where Agiles Projektmanagement and team leadership were key responsibilities, as well as IT Product Manager at MEHRKANAL GmbH, focusing on process innovations and project methodology. Anja also held positions in IT project management, emphasizing strategic planning and budget management for marketing software systems. Anja holds a Master of Arts in European Culture and Economy from Ruhr University Bochum and a Bachelor of Arts in Kulturwirt from University of Duisburg-Essen, complemented by studies at the University of Valencia.
