Aik Weinhold

Aik Weinhold has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Aik began their career in 2003 as a NachwuchsFlugzeugFührer at Lufthansa, where they obtained their Verkehrsflugzeugführer license. Aik went on to work as a Pilot A320 at Lufthansa and Condor Berlin GmbH, also serving as a Synthetic Flight Instructor and Referent Flugbetrieb. Aik then joined Deutsche Lufthansa AG as a Pilot A340/A330. Aik also had experience as a Freelancer Consultant in Risk Controlling at Bankgesellschaft Berlin. Aik later worked as a Freelancer Consultant and Senior Process Manager at Selbständig and Lufthansa Aviation Training GmbH, respectively. Aik held the position of Leiter Vertrieb (Freelance) at MAVENET Health Care Innovations. Aik then joined Germanwings GmbH as Head of Human Resources and later took on additional roles as Head of Flight OPS Processes and Project Manager Flight Operations. Currently, Aik is the Head of HR & Legal at Cockpitpersonal GmbH.

Aik completed this program in 2004, acquiring the necessary skills for a career in the aviation industry.

Additionally, in 2016, Weinhold obtained a certification in Certified SMS/Risk Assessor from Aviation Quality Services. The certificate signifies their expertise in Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Risk Assessment.
