Jared Hansen

Jared Hansen is a seasoned professional in satellite network operations and systems engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager for Fleet Management Systems Architecture and Satellite Network Operations Integration & Test Manager at Eutelsat OneWeb since December 2021. With a robust background in DevSecOps, Agile methodologies, and mission planning, Jared has successfully led teams to improve the availability and reliability of satellite operations. Previous roles include Ground Systems Engineer at LyteLoop Technologies and Senior Software Engineer at Perspecta, where Jared contributed to the integration of cloud services and Agile practices. Experience at RG Systems as Director of Payload Operations involved overseeing the design and delivery of autonomous control systems for NASA's assets, while earlier positions at SGT and Integral Systems focused on developing ground control software and managing system integration for various satellite projects. Jared holds a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering, a Certificate in Aerospace Engineering, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the University of Maryland.
