Kimberly Gray

Kimberly Gray has a wealth of experience in the commercial real estate, automotive repair, education, and property management industries. In 2022, they began working as an Account Director at EV Energy Group and as a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Legacy Commercial Group, specializing in retail, industrial and the development of land for mixed use retail. Kimberly also became the CEO and Founder of EVSERT, a DBE/DOT certified, NEVI qualified, Blue Oval Approved Commercial Real Estate Consulting firm. In 2021, they joined Bureau Veritas Group as a Project Manager and Technical Assessor, responsible for routine assessments and reporting on Electric Vehicle Charging Stations throughout the United States. From 2013 to 2021, they worked as Business Development Manager and Sales at Gray Matter Garage LLC, where they were in charge of daily operations, business filings, accounting, and brand development. In 2004, they became an Administrator and Educator at the Academy of Technology and Philosophy. Finally, from 1998 to 2004, they worked as a Property Manager at AMLI Residential, where they eventually became the Regional Trainer, Supervisor, and Compliance Audit Monitor.

Kimberly Gray's education history includes attending the University of Kentucky from 1997 to 1999, where they studied English Language and Literature, General. Kimberly then attended Southwestern Adventist University from 1999 to 2001 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in English. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including a DBE/DOT from the U.S. Department of Transportation in November 2022, a Real Estate Agent certification from the Texas Real Estate Commission in June 2022, an Independent Motor Vehicle Dealer's License Pre Certification from the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles in May 2021, a Notary Public certification from the Office of the Texas Secretary of State in January 2021, an Open Meetings Act certification from the Texas Attorney General in December 2019, a Public Information Act certification from the Texas Attorney General in December 2019, and a Tax Credit Compliance Monitor certification from Omega Affordable Housing Compliance in August 1999.
