Shaghayegh Minaei

Shaghayegh Minaei is a Customer Service Specialist at DHL since January 2022, having previously served as an Office Coordinator at Novum Building Components from May 2021 to November 2021. Shaghayegh has extensive experience in human resources, holding the position of Deputy Manager Human Resources at Media Motors Co from March 2013 to March 2018, and has lectured at Ferdows University of Mashhad from February 2012 to February 2018. Shaghayegh holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Vancouver Island University (2019-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Imam Reza University of Mashhad (2006-2009).
