Alec Maghami

Alec Maghami is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Director of Real Estate Capital at EV Realty since February 2023. Prior roles include Head of Real Estate & Commercialization for Mass Timber Buildings at Sidewalk Labs (part of Google) from May 2021 to February 2023 and Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Stockbridge Capital Group from February 2019 to April 2021. Alec also served as Portfolio Manager at Laird Norton Properties, overseeing acquisitions and development for a significant real estate investment firm, and held positions at Silverstein Properties, PGIM Real Estate, and Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. Alec holds an M.B.A. in Real Estate/Finance from Columbia Business School and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Washington.
