Gil Gonzalez possesses extensive experience in event management, currently serving as Event Lead at the Museum of Photographic Arts since September 2019, where oversight of onsite events occurs in various museum spaces. As Director of Events for EVA since April 2021, Gil leads virtual conferences, showcasing a robust background of 18 years in conference organization. Gil has also operated as an Independent Event Contractor for Hosts Global Alliance since January 2008, specializing in corporate meetings across Washington, DC, and San Diego, CA. Previous roles include Event Tech Development Manager at Community Brands, Director of Education & Professional Development at AABB, and Director of Conference and Meetings at the Association of Performing Arts Presenters. Gil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Bowling Green State University.
