Niina Suuriniemi Hopper

Niina Suuriniemi Hopper is the CEO and founder of EVA Global, a company that focuses on developing musculoskeletal tissue regeneration strategies for cartilage repair. Prior to their current position, Hopper worked as a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Cambridge, where they developed a cell therapy to repair cartilage defects in the knee using peripheral blood derived mononuclear cells. Niina also worked as a regulatory affairs associate at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, where they were responsible for the vigilance reporting of Annex II list A IVD products to Notified Bodies within EMEA.

Niina Suuriniemi Hopper has a PhD in Musculo Skeletal Tissue Regeneration & Stem Cell Research from the University of Cambridge. Niina also has an MPhil in Molecular Biology from the University of Tampere 1925-2018, and a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Tampere 1925-2018.
