Lucas França

Lucas França has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Lucas co-founded Eva in 2020, where they serve as a Co-Founder, focusing on simplifying the onboarding process for new employees. In 2021, they became an Entrepreneur at Cubo Itaú. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Runrun.it in 2020, where they took responsibility for the company's marketing. From 2018 to 2020, Lucas was a Co-Founder at Mondo Digital. Lucas also worked at Oncase Intelligence Consulting as a Marketing Manager and later as a Coordenador de Marketing, contributing to the company's increased market share through various marketing strategies and content management. Before that, Lucas was a Business Advisor and later a Co-Founder and Marketing Manager at WeCare Incentivos Corporativos, where they successfully led the marketing and sales efforts, achieving significant results. Early in their career, Lucas co-founded Fit+ App, focusing on promoting a healthier lifestyle through gamification and attracting clients in the fitness industry.

Lucas França completed their secondary education at Colégio Militar do Recife from 2006 to 2012. Lucas then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering at Universidade Federal de Pernambuco from 2013 to 2019.
