Samuel Moy

Samuel Moy is a Lead Product Engineer at Evac Group since September 2023, with prior experience as a Patent Engineer at Laine IP Oy, where responsibilities included drafting patent applications, analyzing patent communications, and client consultations. Samuel previously worked as a Master's thesis worker at Aalto University, focusing on developing an IoT-based sensor for measuring hydrogen sulfide concentrations in wastewater. As an Engineering Consultant on Upwork, Samuel provided 3D CAD modeling and manufacturing consulting services to private clients. Samuel co-founded Primo Filters, designing and prototyping affordable water filtering devices, and held project engineering roles at Quality Linings and Painting and College Works Painting. Samuel holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Aalto University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from ECA - International School of Caracas.
