Lauriane Pallany

Lauriane Pallany has extensive work experience in human resources and administration. Lauriane is currently the Group Head of Human Resources & Admin at Evaco Group, where they focus on bringing added value to the Group and its entities through a conducive culture.

Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Grewals Mauritius Limited from 2015 to 2016.

From 2005 to 2015, Pallany served as the Human Resources Manager at Meaders Feeds Ltd, where they were responsible for setting up the HR department from scratch and implementing relevant procedures. Lauriane'skey achievements included recruitment, training and development, and evaluation.

Lauriane also worked at Pro Deco Ltd as a Corporate Sales Executive from 2002 to 2005, where they gained experience in various areas such as freight and logistics, procurement, accounting, site operations, and sales and marketing.

Prior to that, they held positions as an Administrative Executive at Oxygen Surf Graphx Ltd in 2001 and as a Project Coordinator at Internet Communication Services Ltd from April to November 2001.

Lauriane Pallany completed their Higher School Certificate in Art, English and French Literature, and Spanish from Loreto Convent of Curepipe in 1999. Lauriane then pursued an Advanced Certificate and Diploma in Human Resources Management from MEF Management School. Later, Lauriane Pallany obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the University of Mauritius.
