Alex Richards

Alex Richards has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. In 2003, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Stokes PLC, responsible for managing a team of 6 staff and ensuring high levels of customer service. From 2006 to 2012, they joined Vertex Data Science, initially as a Team Manager, overseeing a team of 18 contact center agents and implementing a quality system for monitoring agent performance. Later, they became the Global Customer Experience Manager, where they developed and implemented the ContactPlus quality and customer experience improvement framework across various sectors. In 2008, Alex founded their own web solutions company, ajtrichards web solutions, which they ran until 2011. In 2012, they co-founded EvaluAgent® and currently holds the position of Chief Information Officer.

From 1996 to 2003, Alex Richards attended Pontypridd High School. During this period, they studied English, Business Studies, Politics, Physical Education, and History.
